The Songwriter’s Circle is a musical collective open to songwriters of all levels and genres. The group’s mission is to cultivate creativity, exchange resources, offer constructive critique (if it’s desired), workshop ideas, share new work, and promote collaboration in a focused, supportive environment.

On 2nd Wednesdays June through October, Steve Clorfeine leads this monthly in-person meditation session at Bushel as an introduction to the simple contemplative practice of mindfulness and awareness in daily life. Suggested donation $10/session.

A Singing Lesson covering technique harmony and popular music in a relaxed group setting, taught by multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter, producer and music teacher Shane Perry. Suggested donation: $10

Sheshi, a duet between choreographer and interdisciplinary artist lily gold and her mother Sheri Gold, is a playful approach to transmuting intergenerational trauma through dance. This informal studio exhibition is a chance to see developing work up close. It will be followed by a Q+A with the artists, facilitated by poet and organizer anna moschovakis.
