Beginning on July 6, join Kristie Burnett of Bovina for weekly hourlong meditation sessions every Wednesday evening at 7pm. Please bring your own cushion; no prior meditation experience necessary.

From Kristie: ‘Meditation is a physical practice that helps us shift habits, cultivate relationships and build a deeper compassion toward the world. Perhaps you’ve never meditated before and aren’t sure where to start, or you have a meditation practice and would like to practice with a group.
