Bushel Event Detail Collection Form

This form should only be filled out once an event has been confirmed and scheduled. Information gathered here will be used for planning and promotion. Please let your Bushel contact person know once you have completed this form.

This is the name of the Bushel “bottomliner” who is coordinating the event from the Bushel side.
List day, date and time of the event (or of each event, if a series), unless it is going to be ongoing and regular (i.e. Every Wednesday beginning on April 5)
Please type the title exactly as you envision it on the website. If you aren’t certain of the title, put something descriptive here and follow it with “(Working title)”
Please describe the event using up to 150 words. If you can, find a similar event on our website (you can access both upcoming and past events from the EVENTS tab) to use as a model. Please include a general description that accurately represents the event.
Please put any details below, including an upper limit on participants, if you have one in mind. We will let you know if there is a capacity limit from the Bushel side of things (i.e., we can generally seat 25-30 for sit-down performances, and total capacity is 75)

Ticket cost, per-class charge, etc. If you aren’t sure, say “not sure.” We like to offer things at a sliding scale if possible; please indicate if you are open to this. *Please note that generally, Bushel asks for 20% of ticket sales, though sometimes other arrangements make more sense. Check in with your Bushel contact.
Please write bios in the third person. We may offer edits for consistency.
