Beyond the Silence: Sound Bath, with Isabelle Delgrange & Stephan Martell
Sun, Jun 26, 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm
Join in the transformative experience of a sound bath. Isabelle Delgrange and Stephan Martell will lead this session, providing a nurturing space with sound to support self-healing and the rejuvenation of body, spirit, and soul.
Sound Healing is the creation of subtle frequencies generated with instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, crystal bowls, and the human chanting voice to elevate the vibration of the body’s energetic field and heal on a cellular level. Tuning into the power of sound offers us a chance to re-balance our physiological well-being, re-calibrate our nervous system, and restore our natural biorhythms.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing, keeping in mind that the body temperature cools down in repose. Please bring your own props if available: a mat, blankets, head pillow, eye pillows; Bushel has extra yoga mats and blocks on hand.
The cost to attend is $30 per person.
This program is limited to 20. Please register here to reserve your spot.
Isabelle Delgrange practices and teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Kundalini yoga, Restorative yoga, The Kalsa Way Yoga Nidra , Qiqong, and various types of meditations with the intention to support the path of self-transformation for all. She has taught at the Jivamukti Studio in New York City, and is a volunteer for “Yoga for Liberation,” a program for female inmates at Rikers Island.
Stephan Martell is a visual artist, musician, and composer offering sonic sound healing to promote integration of the Energy Balancing Method.
