FROZEN WARNINGS Exhibition Opening
Sat, Feb 01, 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

RECEPTION / PARTY

On Saturday, February 1 from 5:30-7:30pm, please join us for the opening reception for Frozen Warnings, an evolving, unsettled environment and slate of programming about the escalating climate crisis, its local and global effects, and the ideas and actions emerging from climate justice movements to address it. Anchored by a fully immersive wall drawing created by Oneonta-based artist Richard Barlow, the interactive exhibition will also include rotating selections of artist books, broadsides, and video works; a living library of publications that visitors can read on-site; educational talks; workshops; discussion groups; screenings; and more, providing an informal space for critical, creative, and collaborative community engagement.
