FAST COLOR is a nontraditional super-hero movie about a young woman with supernatural abilities who goes on the run when her powers are discovered. With nowhere else to go, she flees back to the family she abandoned long ago and learns that the power she needed was inside her all along. It stars Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Lorraine Toussaint, Saniyya Sidney, Christopher Denham, and David Strathairn.
The Get Woke! screenings/discussions take place monthly on Sundays, 4:00-6:00 pm, on the SUNY-Delhi Campus in Sanford Hall, room 250. The full screening schedule, directions, parking, and logistical information are posted on the Get Woke! website.
