Elizabeth Clark Wessel lives in Stockholm, Sweden, where she works as a translator of Swedish literature. In 2010, she co-founded Argos Books with Iris Cushing and E.C. Belli; they have been publishing innovative poetry books ever since. The author of four chapbooks of poetry, her poems have also appeared in many journals and anthologies, including Fence, Boston Review, and the American Poetry Review. None of It Belongs to Me (Game Over Books, 2024) is her first full-length collection.
Samantha Zighelboim is the author of The Fat Sonnets (Argos Books, 2018), and the co-translator of Equestrian Monuments by Luis Chaves (After Hours Editions, 2022). She is a 2017 New York Foundation for the Arts/New York State Council on the Arts (NYFA/NYSCA) Fellow in Poetry, a recipient of a Face Out grant from the Community of Literary Magazines and Presses (CLMP), and the recipient of the 2016 John Frederick Nims Memorial Prize in Translation from The Poetry Foundation. Her poems, translations and essays have appeared or are forthcoming in POETRY, Boston Review, Lit Hub, The Guardian, PEN Poetry Series, and Guernica, among others. Samantha lives in Brooklyn, NYC with her cats, Babette and Orca. She teaches creative writing at Columbia University and Parsons School of Design at The New School.
Iris Cushing is a poet, educator and founding editor for Argos Books, an independent poetry press. She is recently the editor of Mary Norbert Korte’s Jumping into the American River: New and Selected Poems Vol. I & II (Argos Books/TKS) and is the author of The First Books of David Henderson and Mary Korte: A Research (Ugly Duckling Presse) and Wyoming (Furniture Press Books). Among her passions are bad horror films, radical feminist literature, and pop rock music from the 70s. She is also a mom who lives in Bovina, NY.
