Ric Royer is a writer, performer, writer of performances, and performer of writings. He runs Model City Books, and his radio show with G Lucas Crane, I Have Seen Niagara, can be heard Saturday mornings on Wave Farm WGXC-90.7 FM. He is just a nothingarian living that scary dream.

G Lucas Crane is a sound artist, designer, performer, and musician whose work focuses on slow media, media/memory confusion, sonic mind control and time skullduggery. His cassette-tape based archival sound practice explores the wild liminal spaces of hybrid analog aesthetics and new performance techniques for allegedly obsolete technology. His haunting analog composition style has been lent to a wide range of bands and projects over the last 25 years. In New York City, he has variously performed at the Museum of Art and Design, Pioneer Works, Roulette Intermedium, Issue Project Room and the Brooklyn Museum, and has toured nationally and internationally as a tape-manipulation extraordinaire. He has been recognized for his sound design and compositions with a Henry Hewes award and a Bessie nomination, and was the co-founder of Silent Barn, one of the largest collectivist art space projects in recent history.

Jennifer Kabat’s twinned books The Eighth Moon and Nightshining will be published by Milkweed Editions in spring 2024 and 2025. Her writing has been in Best American Essays, Granta, BOMB, 4Columns, Frieze, The Believer, The White Review, Harper’s, and McSweeney’s. She serves in the Margaretville volunteer fire department.
