This class aims to connect movement with breath as students flow through various asanas. Honeysuckle blossoms will enhance each breath cycle, offering students the opportunity to transition deeper into a pose in an effort to lengthen and strengthen their bodies while expanding their breath capacity. Participants will observe 10-foot physical distancing.
This class will be offered every Thursday, 6:30–7:30 pm, weather permitting, throughout the summer. Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) for the riverside location in the village of Delhi. Suggested donation: $12.
