Bushel is pleased to host a Seedling Share, as a fundraiser for the Catskills Agrarian Alliance (CAA). Come by and pick up vegetable and flower starts to transplant into your garden, and leave a hearty donation to benefit CAA, a local nonprofit organization that manages the very awesome 607CSA and does all kind of good work to establish and operate local agricultural initiatives that help protect and promote the right of all people to healthy food grown with ecologically sound and sustainable methods.

Farms in the 607CSA network are donating their extra starts for this fundraiser. Thank you 607CSA farms! Home gardeners are also very welcome to share their extra starts.

If you’re not growing food or don’t have any more room in the garden, please consider making a tax-deductible donation to CAA here to support their efforts.

And if you haven’t done so already, please sign up for a 607CSA share. Bushel is a pick-up spot on Tuesday mornings. You’ll find the right option for you: full or half share; weekly, every other week, or monthly; pay up front or auto-pay per pick-up.
