Upstander Training with Delaware County Pride and the Center for Anti-Violence Education

What does it mean to be an Upstander? It means choosing to take action when you witness bullying, harassment, or violence—especially against members of the LGBTQ+ community. This free, in-person training provides practical tools to help you safely intervene, de-escalate conflict, and support those who are being targeted.

Presented by Delaware County Pride in collaboration with the Center for Anti-Violence Education, this interactive workshop offers a supportive space for learning, reflection, and skill-building. Whether you’re LGBTQ+ or an ally, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how to show up for others and help create a more inclusive, anti-oppressive community.
