Open to all levels, this class aims to connect movement with breath as students flow through various asanas. Each breath cycle will offer students the opportunity to transition deeper into a pose in an effort to lengthen and strengthen their bodies while expanding their breath capacity. Seventy-five-minute session, offered every Sunday, 5:15–6:30 pm; doors open at 5:05 pm. Suggested donation: $12.

An educator at heart, Jenine Osbon is passionate about working with and empowering youth. She sees yoga as an essential tool in helping people of all ages attain a greater sense of self awareness and appreciation for humanity. She completed her 200-hour Teacher Training at Abhyasa Yoga Center in Brooklyn, NY in 2014. Now a mother to two children, she spends most of her time gardening, baking and eating cookies, going on nature walks, and dreaming of naps. She currently offers children’s gardening classes on her small farm in Delhi. peakesbrookfarm.com
