Sunday, July 16th 1-3PM | Donation-based / pay-what-you-can | Ballantine Park in Andes, NY | Hosted by Pillow Fort Arts Center

Join us for a movement improvisation workshop led by Raven White, director of NYC-based performance collective BIRDHOUSE. Through this workshop, Raven aims to provide an entrance into a new way of considering self, the mind-body, and the infinite (yet daunting) possibilities presented by improvisation. Improvisation is the core of the BIRDHOUSE creative process. “We build from ideas of unknowing what we accept as truth and relearning ourselves and the world around us, and finding the substance of humanity that remains after everything has fallen away.”

No formal movement experience required!
