Restorative Yoga with Marguerite
Three Fridays in July
July 10, 17, 24, from 9-10am
by donation: $5-$20 suggested, payable to the instructore

This restorative class is a slow, gentle asana practice designed to let the body soften and the nervous system settle. We use simple movement, longer holds, and soft pranayama to cultivate awareness and gently rewrite patterns in the body. The focus is on comfort, spaciousness, and openness, with options for all levels so each person can move in a way that grounds them in the present moment and gradually opens the body.

Marguerite teaches yoga as a practice of presence, wellness and fluidity in body, mind, and spirit. Her classes invite openness and curiosity about the present moment as it unfolds in the body, with clear, accessible guidance for students of all levels. During her eight years living in India, she received a wide range of teachings and formal training in Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. She now lives in Costa Rica with her family, where they own and operate a small hotel and retreat center. While staying with family in the area for the month of July, she is offering yoga classes in the local community.

*Bushel has a few yoga mats, but it is helpful for participants to bring their own mats when possible.
