Zoom:
In order to host a meeting that is longer than 40 minutes you must use a pro Zoom account. You can schedule the use of the account in conjunction with an approved BUSHEL event. Please contact a BUSHEL board member to schedule the use of the account in conjunction with your BUSHEL event.
If you haven’t hosted a Zoom before:
1. Sign-up & Sign-in
https://zoom.us/signup
2. Download the app (Also have other meeting participants do this)
3. Test audio & video under the sprocket menu
4. Start your meeting
5. Invite > Copy URL
6. Send the url to the group that will attend the meeting in an email and/or text
7. Wait for everyone to join your meeting
8. Make sure your mic isn’t muted when you speak
9. Don’t forget to end the meeting when you’re finished
